Job summary

Qualifications

• 13+ years of IT experience in enterprise environments.
• 8+ years with VMware ESX and SAN environments.
• 3+ years of State or Federal government experience.
• VCP certification required.

Responsibilities

• Design documentation detailing final deployment details.
• Troubleshoot and recommend technical solutions.
• Develop workaround solutions as appropriate.
• Perform equipment and software upgrades.
• Install, configure, test, monitor, and maintain system and application hardware and software.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems; escalate complex issues to vendors.
