Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 5+ years in IT or related fields.
- In-depth knowledge of network switching in Dell Blade systems and firewall management.
- Experience with VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) and VMware Aria Operations Suite.
- Experience with infrastructure as code using Ansible.
- Ability to architect fault-tolerant, multi-region systems with failover strategies.
Responsibilities
- Provide SME guidance on two or more areas: Kubernetes, Server Hosting, Virtual Networking, and Cloud Security.
- Coordinate troubleshooting sessions with technical staff and vendors.
- Review and refine operational events to boost uptime and performance.
- Develop and report on operational metrics for uptime and service performance.
- Identify vulnerabilities and report risk states of hosting architectures.
