Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or equivalent.
• Typically 15+ years experience in VLSI, EE, or related field.
• Expert in VLSI fundamentals, digital logic, and computer architecture.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Expert in HDL, EDA, and FPGA tools with design experience.
• Proven leadership and effective communication in English.
• History of patents/publications and technical talks.

Responsibilities

• Develops strategy and technology roadmaps for VLSI design and development engineering across the Global Business Unit and company at large.
• Recognized as a lead authority in key VLSI technical areas, Plays a crucial role in defining industry standards.
• Provides VLSI consultation, design input, and feedback for prototype and new product development.
• Leads VLSI design reviews across multiple organizations and architectures and contributes towards decisions with major impact.
• Provides technical leadership for multiple project teams and engineers, influencing executives and partners.
• Mentors less experienced staff to demonstrate VLSI innovation and excellence.
• Identifies emerging VLSI technologies and potential new projects and programs.
