Job summary

T3i, Inc. invites a seasoned VJOC C2 Operations SME to join a government program.

You will be embedded with end users to ensure the VJOC system is employed to its full potential across multi-domain COP, including space, air, ground, and maritime domains. Ideal candidates bring 15+ years of operational military experience in JOC/AOC environments, strong mission-command knowledge, and the ability to brief senior leaders under pressure.

Qualifications

• 15 years operational experience in military environments.
• Experience in joint or service-component C2 environments (JOCs/AOCs/AMD ops).
• Knowledge of joint planning processes (JOPP/MDMP/COA).
• Experience briefing senior leaders under pressure (O-6+).
• Active TS clearance with SCI eligibility at start.

Responsibilities

• Complete certification training on the VJOC system and maintain SME credentials.
• Provide on-site SME support to end users in daily ops, exercises, and contingencies.
• Coach end users on workflows, sensor fusion, decision support, and cross-domain actions.
• Capture and relay user feedback to drive iterative refinements.
• Adapt to continuous-delivery releases and maintain operational continuity.
• Ensure security/compliance across SIPR/JWICS and partner networks.
