Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Six or more years of experience in Visual Inspection.
• Knowledge of cGMP and Quality System Standards preferred.
• Ability and desire to cooperate, collaborate, and partner with others.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate information in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe and quality working environment through training, awareness, and compliance to safety guidelines, SOP’s and FDA regulations.
• Perform visual inspections of products, materials, and components during various stages of production.
• Identify defects, inconsistencies, or non-conforming materials and document findings accurately.
• Use inspection tools, gauges, and measuring devices as required.
• Must pass Visual Acuity and Color Vision.
• Adhere to all applicable regulations, policies, and procedures for health, safety, and environmental compliance.
• Follow all written procedures and verbal instructions.
• Perform Batch Record calculations and maintain all documentation according to cGMP Guidelines.
• Follow detailed instructions and communicate effectively, both written and verbally.
