Aquent, a leading creative studio partner, is seeking a Senior Visual Designer with motion and presentation design expertise for a part-time contract. You will craft branded visuals, develop polished animated presentations in PowerPoint, and create motion content for marketing, events, and digital campaigns.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in visual/motion/presentation design, a strong portfolio, and deep skills in Figma, After Effects, and the Adobe Creative Suite.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in visual design, motion design, presentation design, or multidisciplinary creative roles.
• Strong portfolio showing branding, digital design, presentation design, and motion work.
• Advanced PowerPoint animation experience with Morph transitions and motion-based storytelling.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Motion design experience using After Effects.
• Strong typography, layout, composition, hierarchy, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to follow brand guidelines and visual systems.
• Strong communication, organization, time management, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design branded graphics, presentations, and digital layouts across web, social, email, and marketing channels.

This team brings brands to life across digital, social, motion, event, and presentation platforms through thoughtful visual storytelling and high quality creative execution.

We are seeking a highly creative and detail oriented Senior Visual Designer with strong motion and presentation design capabilities to join a fast paced team on a part time contract basis. This role combines hands on visual design with sophisticated presentation animation and motion graphics. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable developing polished branded assets, building engaging animated presentations, and creating motion content that supports marketing, events, sales enablement, and digital campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Design branded promotional graphics, presentations, and digital layouts across web, social, email, and marketing channels.
• Create sophisticated animated presentations in PowerPoint using Morph transitions, custom animations, and motion driven storytelling for events, presentations, and sales enablement.
• Develop motion graphics and animated content for brand sizzles, product demos, educational videos, social content, and marketing campaigns.
• Produce polished visual collateral across print, digital, social, presentation, and event formats.
• Maintain and evolve reusable templates, style guides, and design systems to improve consistency and efficiency.
• Manage multiple high priority creative requests while delivering accurate, polished work within tight timelines.
• Collaborate with cross functional partners to translate business and creative needs into compelling visual solutions.
• Maintain consistent visual quality across deliverables while working within established brand guidelines and design systems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in visual design, motion design, presentation design, or a multidisciplinary creative role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high quality branding, digital design, presentation design, and motion work.
• Advanced presentation design and PowerPoint animation experience, including Morph transitions, custom animation, and motion based storytelling.
• Strong proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong motion design experience using After Effects.
• Excellent understanding of typography, layout, composition, hierarchy, and visual storytelling.
• Demonstrated ability to work within established brand guidelines and visual systems.
• Strong communication, organization, time management, and cross functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and deliver high quality creative in a fast paced environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Premiere Pro or video editing workflows.
• Experience in advertising, marketing, agency, or internal creative studio environments.
• Experience creating social media assets across multiple formats and dimensions.
• Experience with Workfront or similar project management tools.
