Job summary

Event Network, LLC seeks an Assistant Store Director – Visual Merchandising (ASD-VM) to lead the store's visual merchandising and presentation in partnership with the Store Director. This role builds and retains a diverse, high-performing team while driving sales, guest engagement, and operational excellence.

The ASD-VM owns execution of visual standards, planograms, and seasonal initiatives, using sales data to optimize space and product productivity.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years retail management experience; high-volume ($10M–$15M) and multi-unit retail experience preferred.
Strong visual merchandising background with knowledge of product presentation, space planning, and standards.
Proven ability to use sales and performance data to identify opportunities and drive results.

Responsibilities

Lead visual merchandising and store presentation to align with brand standards.
Drive sales, per cap, capture rate, and net income through effective merchandising and coaching.
Develop and coach a high-performing, diverse store team and ensure guest engagement.
Maintain visual standards through replenishment, display maintenance, and space planning.
Collaborate with Store Director, venue partners, and Purchasing to communicate trends and opportunities.
