Job summary

Lagos seeks a Visual Merchandising Manager to lead planning, development, and execution of visual standards across retail and wholesale. You will translate seasonal priorities into actionable direction, partnering with New Product Development, Marketing, Creative Services, Sales, PR, and Retail.

This hands-on role requires strong visual judgment, project leadership, and the ability to manage fixture planning, inventory, and campaigns while traveling 15–20% for major launches and events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Merchandising or related field.
• 5–7 years in visual merchandising or brand presentation.
• Strong portfolio with luxury/jewelry experience preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite) a plus.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead seasonal and launch visual directives across channels.
• Translate product priorities into visual merchandising standards.
• Manage projects from planning to recap with timelines.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Creative, Sales, and Retail.
• Oversee fixture planning, inventory, and field feedback.
• Travel approx. 15–20% for launches and events.
