Job summary

LAGOS is seeking a senior Visual Merchandising Manager to lead the planning, development, and execution of merchandising directives across retail and wholesale channels. You will translate brand priorities into scalable visual strategies, manage projects end-to-end, and collaborate with Marketing, NPD, PR, Sales, and Retail teams to elevate product storytelling.

The role requires strong visual judgment, independent decision-making, and experience leading cross-functional initiatives in a luxury

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Merchandising or a related field.
• 5–7 years of progressive experience in visual merchandising, retail merchandising, brand presentation, or related field (luxury/jewelry preferred).
• Strong portfolio reflecting visual judgment and product storytelling.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects, stakeholders, and deadlines.
• Experience partnering cross-functionally with Creative, Marketing, Product Development, Sales, PR, Retail, and Operations.
• Experience managing fixture, sample, product, shipment, and installation logistics; NetSuite experience preferred.
• Adobe Creative Suite proficiency (InDesign, Photoshop) and advanced PowerPoint & Excel skills.
• Leadership and mentoring capabilities are strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and evolution of seasonal, launch-specific, and evergreen visual merchandising directives.
• Translate priorities into scalable visual strategies across retail, wholesale, and events.
• Own projects from planning through execution and recap, managing timelines and risks.
• Plan seasonal installations, resets, windows, vitrines, concessions, and showroom presentations.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Creative Services, Sales, NPD, PR, Retail, Wholesale to support launches.
• Monitor field execution, provide feedback, and maintain visual standards archive.
• Travel 15–20% to support major launches and market events.
