Job summary

Mavi North America is seeking a visual merchandising leader to craft compelling brand displays across U.S. stores. You will translate denim narratives into cohesive in-store experiences, maintain visual standards, and drive customer engagement and sales.

You will train and lead store teams, collaborate with VM and Retail Directors, and travel between locations to ensure branding consistency. A strong eye for design and storytelling is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Visual Merchandising, or related field.
• 5+ years in visual merchandising, ideally with multi-location experience.
• Strong storytelling to convey denim brand narratives.
• Excellent communication and leadership to inspire store teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement VM strategies for multiple U.S. locations in line with seasonal campaigns.
• Maintain window and in-store displays to maximize product visibility and sales.
• Train store teams on VM standards and techniques.
• Collaborate with leadership to translate brand initiatives into in-store experiences.
• Oversee product lifecycle, ensuring correct stock and display readiness.
• Travel between assigned locations to uphold branding standards.
