This is a high-impact opportunity for a multidisciplinary storyteller with strong creative instincts and hands-on production expertise. You’ll lead the end-to-end strategy and creation of all visual media—from branded video to product explainers and podcasts—while building a cohesive visual identity across platforms. Working cross-functionally with creative, product, and marketing teams, you’ll bring abstract ideas to life through cinematic, educational, and engaging content. Accountabilities:

  • Lead production and editing of high-quality video content including podcasts, webinars, product demos, brand campaigns, and internal knowledge materials.
  • Develop and maintain visual standards across all media touchpoints: update thumbnails, design intros/outros, and produce website-optimized explainers.
  • Manage a lean, AI-integrated media stack (Synthesia, Vimeo, YouTube, Vidyard, etc.) and support motion design for sales and marketing.
  • Collaborate with teams to concept and deliver story-driven visuals for events, campaigns, and feature launches.
  • Own the setup and visual consistency of remote employee recording environments.
  • Experiment with emerging tools and trends to enhance workflow efficiency and creative output.
Requirements
  • 5–8+ years of experience in video production—either in-house or at an agency—with expertise in live-action, motion graphics, screen recordings, and explainers.
  • Proficient in the entire production lifecycle: concepting, scripting, filming, editing, and animating.
  • Skilled in managing a variety of media tools and platforms including AI-generated content tools like Synthesia.
  • Creative mindset with technical execution skills, attention to detail, and a strong visual sensibility.
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, remote environment with a future-focused approach to innovation.
  • Bonus points for experience in SaaS, fintech, or education content, as well as lighting or photography skills for remote setups.
