Job summary

VentureLab in Moreno Valley, CA is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to own visual design projects from concept to final deliverables. The role relies on Adobe After Effects, a strong portfolio, and the ability to turn complex ideas into clear visuals while contributing to and evolving the design system.

You will pitch concepts, collaborate across teams, and mentor newer talent in a culture that ships together.

Qualifications

• Experience translating complex information into clear visuals.
• Ability to contribute to and evolve design systems and component libraries.
• Proven teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Willingness to commute to Moreno Valley, CA or work flexibly as needed.

Responsibilities

• Pitch fresh concepts in cross-functional reviews and stakeholder presentations.
• Turn complex creative information into clear, engaging visuals.
• Contribute to and help evolve VentureLab's design system and component library.
• Engineer a template system flexible enough to survive VentureLab's rebrand.
• Carry layouts from napkin scribble to press-ready file without losing the spark.
• Coax usable feedback out of a divided review with a sharper set of questions.
• Time the reveal in a launch film so the logo lands earned, not slapped on.
• Pull a coherent palette from a logo three agencies already over-touched
