Qualifications

• Portfolio samples demonstrating end-to-end, user-centered visual design.
• 7+ years of industry experience as a visual designer or similar role.
• Ability to translate customer insights into visually compelling experiences and patterns.

Responsibilities

• Master the fundamentals of visual design: typography, composition, spacing, color, and motion.
• Define and evolve Audible's visual language across platforms.
• Lead and mentor a team of UX designers and collaborate with cross-functional partners.
• Develop visual concepts and directions using mood boards, type explorations, and color studies.
• Bring visual storytelling into the product with high-fidelity visuals and prototypes.
• Contribute to shaping the design system through craft and tokens.
