Audible is seeking a Senior Visual Designer to lead the visual craft of our product experiences across iOS, Android, and web. You will shape a premium visual language, push boundaries, and elevate how stories are experienced by millions of listeners.

You will mentor a team of designers, translate research insights into memorable visuals, and collaborate closely with product, research, and engineering to ensure brand consistency and delightful interactions across all touchpoints.

Qualifications

• Online portfolio demonstrating end-to-end, user-centered design for desktop and mobile.
• 7+ years of industry experience as a visual/product designer.
• Experience designing digital products aligned with customer needs and business goals.
• Ability to translate research insights into design solutions grounded in user needs.
• Strong written and verbal communication with leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects with high-quality deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve Audible's visual language across platforms.
• Create mood boards, type explorations, color studies, and high-fidelity visuals.
• Lead visual storytelling from hero surfaces to micro-interactions.
• Collaborate with product, research, and engineering to translate concepts.
• Contribute to design system through design tokens and reusable components.
• Mentor a team of UX designers and provide constructive feedback.
