Truelogic, a nearshore services provider, seeks a Senior Production Designer to craft high-quality visual experiences for websites, digital campaigns, email, and social.

You will translate brand guidelines into polished digital work, maintain strong typography and layout, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver on time.

This role is 100% remote with USD compensation and exposure to leading American brands on transformative projects.

Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in Figma for digital and web design.
• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS.
• Strong understanding of responsive web design principles.
• Excellent typography, layout, and composition skills.
• Experience creating and maintaining consistent visual systems across digital experiences.
• Ability to design polished, user-focused digital experiences.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality visual designs for websites, digital campaigns, email, social, and other digital channels.
• Design polished and responsive web experiences with strong typography, layout, composition, spacing, and visual hierarchy.
• Translate creative direction and brand guidelines into sophisticated digital experiences.
• Develop design concepts from initial exploration through final execution.
• Collaborate with creative, marketing, content, development, and other cross-functional teams.
• Present design concepts and clearly communicate design decisions.
• Incorporate stakeholder feedback and iterate on designs.
• Manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain a high level of visual quality and attention to detail across deliverables.
• Take ownership of assigned projects and proactively drive work forward.
• Work with developers to ensure designs are accurately implemented.
