Truelogic is seeking a Senior Production Designer to support a creative team delivering high-quality digital and marketing assets. The role combines strong production design with collaboration across design, strategy, content, and production, while leveraging AI tools such as Claude to improve workflows.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, works within design systems and brand guidelines, and translates creative direction into polished deliverables.

Formación

• Advanced proficiency in Figma for web and digital design.
• Strong familiarity with responsive web design tools and digital workflows.
• Excellent typography, composition, layout, spacing, and visual hierarchy understanding.
• Experience applying brand guidelines to ensure visual consistency across assets.

Responsabilidades

• Create high-quality visual designs for web, digital campaigns, email, social, and other channels.
• Design polished, responsive digital experiences with strong visual hierarchy.
• Translate brand guidelines and creative direction into cohesive digital experiences.
• Develop concepts from initial exploration through final execution.
• Collaborate closely with creative, marketing, content, and development teams.
• Work with developers to ensure designs are accurately translated into the final experience.
• Support editorial and content-driven digital experiences.
• Contribute to integrated digital campaigns across channels.
• Present design concepts and communicate decisions to stakeholders.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback.
• Manage multiple projects and priorities with high quality.
