Job summary

Accenture Federal Services seeks a Senior Visual Designer to transform complex program information into clear, engaging visuals across social, web, print and presentations. You will design assets that uphold brand standards, accessibility, and campaign objectives, and help shape AI-enabled creative workflows.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop concepts, reusable templates, and visual systems that resonate with federal audiences. On-site 1 day/week in DC is required.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience visually communicating complex ideas and strengthening the client's brand.
• 3-5 years using design software: Adobe Creative Suite (XD, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), Figma, PowerPoint.
• Experience with channel outputs across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X, etc.).
• Ability to interpret data to refine targeted marketing communications.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen campaign performance with visually compelling content that communicates key messages and supports integrated marketing campaigns.
• Create and maintain reusable design templates, style guides, and visual standards that streamline production and ensure consistency.
• Ability to define and execute visual design systems, art direction, and brand guidelines that ensure consistency across channels.
• Ensure all creative deliverables meet accessibility, compliance, and brand requirements across digital and print channels.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to develop concepts and deliver effective, audience-centered design solutions.
• Must be willing to be on-site 1 day/week in DC.
