Job summary

Everfit is seeking a Senior Visual Designer in Los Angeles on a hybrid basis. You will expand the visual language, build a distinctive design system, and drive brand and product storytelling to connect with coaches, athletes, and communities.

Bring 5–8+ years of visual design experience, a strong portfolio, and a passion for human-centered, expressive design. You will collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams and shape Everfit's visual narrative across platforms.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of experience as a visual designer.
• Portfolio showing range from expressive brand work to precise, functional design.
• Strong instincts for composition, hierarchy, typography, color, and motion.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with copywriters, strategists, product teams, and engineers.

Responsibilities

• Shape and evolve Everfit's visual language across brand, product, and marketing surfaces.
• Translate strategy, insight, and product complexity into clear, expressive design.
• Create scalable design systems, frameworks, and principles for consistency and creativity.
• Own visual execution for launches, campaigns, product storytelling, lifecycle, and flagship brand initiatives.
• Partner with Brand, Product Marketing, Product, Marketplace, and Partnerships to align design with intent and experience.
• Join brainstorms, test concepts, and help shape direction before pixels are pushed.
• Lead with clarity and momentum, balancing boldness and restraint for impact.
