Job summary

Cantina is seeking a Senior Visual Designer to own the brand look across all surfaces, from website to campaigns and launch films. You’ll lead art direction, develop concepts, and execute with typography, bold composition, and distinctive visuals.

You’ll collaborate with editors and designers, shape AI-generated visuals, and ship launch assets on tight timelines. Remote work is not specified; strong design experience is required.

Qualifications

• Portfolio grounded in graphic design and brand identity with art direction across campaigns.
• Exceptional typography, layout, color, and image-making skills.
• Experience turning briefs into visual concepts and directing production.
• Strong taste and the ability to defend design decisions.
• Web design experience translating a brand to responsive digital experiences.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve visual identity across web, social, print, campaigns, and in-app surfaces.
• Lead art direction for campaigns, launches, and branded content with mood boards.
• Shape look of launch films and videos, designing and animating where possible.
• Create campaign graphics, posters, titles, layouts, and social assets with typography.
• Build and maintain brand system across typography, color, imagery, and motion.
• Direct AI-generated imagery and video, refining assets.
• Collaborate with editors, motion designers, and AI filmmakers through final execution.
• Design websites, landing pages, and in-app marketing surfaces.
• Create motion graphics and transitions extending brand identity.
• Stay hands-on, explore directions, and deliver assets on tight timelines.
