Job summary

Charles Schwab seeks a design production specialist to create and update production files, ensuring accessibility and brand compliance. You will produce digital and print-ready assets, including fillable PDFs, while coordinating with art direction and the print team to meet deadlines.

Proficiency in InDesign and related Adobe tools is essential, with familiarity in HTML tags a plus. This on-site role emphasizes collaboration and adherence to Schwab standards.

Qualifications

• Expert level mastery of Adobe InDesign.
• Basic to intermediate mastery of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Basic to intermediate mastery of Adobe Acrobat and creating interactive PDFs.
• Basic understanding of accessibility standards in digital and print.
• Experience working within strict brand guidelines, plus current Schwab working exprience.
• Strong print prepress knowledge.
• Basic knowledge of HTML tags is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Build production files based on new files from art direction and collaborate with the art director.
• Update production files of existing pieces and ensure adherence to Schwab Brand standards.
• Build new production files from existing files or templates.
• Produce digital, fillable, and interactive PDFs.
• Preflight approved files for final hand off to print production.
