Kyndryl is seeking an Associate Director of Visual Design to shape brand visuals across digital, print, and presentations from our Dallas hub. The role balances hands-on design with collaboration with marketing, communications, and experience teams to deliver high-quality outputs that reinforce brand identity.

You will translate briefs into compelling visual solutions, ensure accessibility, and adapt design systems for varied formats, influencing executive-level storytelling and campaigns.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in visual design with a portfolio demonstrating brand-led work across multiple touchpoints.
• Strong capability in graphic design, layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience applying established brand guidelines consistently across varied media.
• Ability to translate briefs into clear visual solutions.
• Proficiency with industry standard design tools used for digital and presentation design.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams such as marketing and experience design.
• Attention to detail in preparing final assets for production and distribution.
