Job summary

Clarvos seeks a Senior/Principal Machine Learning Engineer to build state-of-the-art vision and multimodal AI systems, including generative image/video capabilities. You will architect, develop, and deploy production-scale GenAI technologies for creative generation and optimization.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Design to deliver scalable ML solutions powering marketing, personalization, and campaigns.

Qualifications

• MS or PhD in CS, AI, ML, CV, robotics, or related field.
• 8–12+ years of experience developing production ML systems.
• 5+ years of experience in Deep Learning and Computer Vision.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Generative AI for images and video.
• Expert-level proficiency in Python and PyTorch.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals with production-quality code.
• Experience with distributed systems, GPU optimization, batching, and cost-aware inference.
• Excellent software engineering fundamentals (Python, APIs, microservices, Docker, Kubernetes).

Responsibilities

• Design and develop production-grade AI systems for image and video generation.
• Build scalable pipelines for automated creative generation across marketing channels.
• Research and implement state-of-the-art diffusion, transformer, autoregressive, and multimodal architectures.
• Fine-tune and optimize foundation models for enterprise production use cases.
• Lead development of AI systems for text-to-video, image-to-video, video editing, and more.
• Oversee end-to-end ML system design: data ingestion, training, inference, evaluation, and monitoring.
• Collaborate with Product, Data Science, and Design teams to translate requirements into scalable ML capabilities.
