Job summary

Tracker seeks a Senior Computer Vision Engineer to lead design, development and deployment of ML models that interpret images and video captured from mobile devices. You will own major components of visual recognition systems—driving production-ready solutions for property management.

You'll collaborate with software, product and data teams to ship intelligent AI across the rental lifecycle, with quarterly in-person work in Albany, NY, and a focus on edge-friendly, scalable vision models.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in computer vision, ML, or a related field.
• Designed and deployed production-ready vision models using deep learning (e.g., object detection, instance segmentation, classification).
• Extensive experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Comfortable with full model lifecycle: data curation, model training, evaluation, optimization, and deployment.
• Experience working with video streams and/or real-time inference on mobile or edge devices.
• Understand the tradeoffs of different neural network architectures and inference performance constraints.
• Strong in Python and familiar with core ML/vision libraries (OpenCV, torchvision, ONNX).
• Experience with MLOps tools and cloud-based AI infrastructure (AWS SageMaker, Lambda, or custom pipelines).
