Job summary

Spectraforce Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Viral Downstream III for the 3rd shift at our Swiftwater, PA site. This role focuses on downstream processing, filtration, diafiltration, and purification activities supporting batches under cGMP.

The position requires 6–9 years of production experience in biopharma, ability to work 3rd shift 10 PM–6:30 AM onsite, and strong documentation skills. Bachelor’s degree preferred; willingness to handle rotating schedules and weekends.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs production in accordance with volume fluctuation and cGMP.
• Ensures all materials required for production are available prior to use.
• Completes sampling and documentation as required.
• Completes move tickets and pick lists for accurate inventory.
• Participates in inventory management (SAP, cycle counting, ordering).
• Identifies production issues and relays to management.
• Prepares assigned areas for oncoming shifts.
• Follows procedures to ensure safety of self and others.
• Participates in monthly safety meetings.
• Reports safety issues to team management.
• Adheres to SOPs and cGMPs.
• Identifies areas for improvement and offers suggestions.
• Works with management on deviation investigations and root cause analysis.
• Completes quality documentation (BPRs, logbooks) accurately.
