Job summary

Spectraforce Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Viral Downstream III (1st Shift) for an onsite assignment in Swiftwater, PA 18370. The role involves downstream processing, purification steps, diafiltration, and routine cGMP compliance in a fast-paced biopharma environment.

You will perform purification, filtration, sample handling, and equipment setup, with a focus on safety, accuracy, and timely documentation. Hours are 6 AM to 2:30 PM, and the assignment duration is eight months.

Responsibilities

• Performs production in accordance with volume fluctuation, business need, and effective cGMP procedures.
• Ensures all materials required for production are available prior to use.
• Completes sampling and corresponding documentation as required.
• Completes move tickets and pick lists in an accurate and timely manner to ensure accurate inventory.
• Participates in inventory management (SAP, cycle counting, ordering).
• Identifies production issues and relays them to management.
• Works to prepare assigned areas for oncoming shifts.
• Completes tasks and documentation as required by cGMP.
• Follows procedures to ensure safety of self and others.
• Participates in monthly safety meetings.
• Reports safety issues and near misses to management.
• Adheres to SOPs and cGMPs.
• Identifies deficiencies and suggests improvements.
• Participates in deviation investigations and root cause analysis.
• Supports quality documentation (BPRs, logbooks) timely.
• FDA audit readiness and CFR I PAl familiarity.
• Works with cross-functional teams to complete projects.
