The role manages moderate-complexity projects, develops integrated plans, and drives execution while coordinating with a partner PM. A scientific degree and 3+ years PM experience in pharma are required; PMP and advanced degree are preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific or applied discipline.
• PMP certification and/or formal coursework in project management is preferred.
• Experience with value & implementation in pharma/biotech is advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Manage the Value and Implementation process for moderate complexity projects; partner with senior PMs on complex work.
• Guide teams to create, approve, and execute integrated project plans across multiple disciplines.
• Build and maintain project plans in enterprise PM systems; identify risks and communicate with stakeholders.
• Leverage networks to improve team dynamics and remove obstacles to drive results.
• Prepare for, host, and document outcomes of team meetings with clear objectives and decisions.
