This role manages complex itineraries, ensures end‑to‑end experiences, and provides proactive solutions with professionalism and discretion for premium partners. The ideal candidate will have native Sabre skills, 5+ years as a travel consultant, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Native Sabre GDS expertise and strong travel industry knowledge.
• 5+ years of experience as a travel consultant.
• Professional written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Advise and arrange travel for corporate customers (individuals and groups).
• Research travel options and anticipate traveler needs to upsell services.
• Book domestic and international business travel across air, road, rail and hotels.
• Ensure compliance with travel policy and provider rules.
• Respond to special requests with positive service techniques.
• Collaborate with the team to coach and improve service levels.
