The candidate is a creative storyteller who can handle a high-volume schedule, collaborating with the Creative Director, Marketing, and external partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in film/media production or related field.
• Minimum five (5) years leading all phases of video production in fast-paced environments.
• Demonstrated portfolio of visual storytelling, interviewing, editing, and branded content.
• Current FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud apps: Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom; other tools are a plus.
• Experience administering licenses and usage rights for stock media, music, and talent.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle video production from concept to final delivery.
• Create video and visual-marketing assets for events, testimonials, trailers, and social media.
• Capture high-quality video, photography, and drone footage for a versatile library.
• Transform interviews and footage into clear narratives for defined audiences.
• Adapt content for websites, email, social media, and digital ads.
• Maintain organized libraries of footage, assets, and project files.
• Manage licenses, subscriptions, and usage rights for stock media and talent.
• Oversee equipment maintenance and upgrades for cameras, drones, lighting, and audio.
• Collaborate with Creative Director and teams to meet brand and campaign goals.
• Monitor video performance metrics and improve content visibility.
