Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in graphic design across print, digital, and multimedia products.
• Experience with Section 508 compliance for accessible products.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Apps including Premiere Pro, Media Encoder, Audition, After Effects, Lightroom, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
• Portfolio demonstrating a broad range of video and design work and ability to meet project requirements.

Responsibilities

• Produce a wide range of deliverables including video, logos, publications, presentations and multimedia products.
• Collaborate with senior designers and stakeholders to define project requirements and deliver design outcomes aligned with mission goals.
• Ensure accessibility compliance and high attention to typography, hierarchy and visual balance.
