Job summary

The Coats Company is seeking a Senior Videographer / Content Producer to lead video production for brand, product, social, and event content. This role focuses on planning shoots, operating equipment, and content capture.

Editing will be done with remote editors; strong organization and fast-paced adaptability are essential. Ideal candidates have 3–5+ years of videography experience, with a portfolio in corporate or manufacturing contexts.

Qualifications

• : 3–5+ years of videography or video production experience.
• 2- Strong understanding of camera operation, lighting, framing, and audio.
• 3- Experience in corporate videography or agency work.
• 4- Automotive, motorsports, or manufacturing portfolio is a plus.
• 5- Highly organized with strong file management habits.
• 6- Ability to work independently and in collaboration.
• 7- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• 8- Basic to intermediate editing in Adobe Premiere Pro is a plus.
• 9- Experience working with remote editors or creative teams.
• 10- Photography experience is a plus.
• 11- Livestream or live production experience is a plus.
• 12- Knowledge of equipment and software such as Nikon Z6/Z8 and Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute video shoots for products, events, and branding.
• Operate cameras, lighting, and audio for in-house and on-location shoots.
• Capture content optimized for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and web.
• Coordinate with marketing leadership on shot planning and execution.
• Prepare and maintain production equipment and kits.
• Organize footage and upload assets for remote editors.
• Label and store footage within company workflows.
• Coordinate with remote editors for smooth post-production handoff.
• Assist with content planning and brainstorm sessions.
• Support launches, events, trade shows, and on-site coverage.
