Stinger is seeking a Sr. Videographer to join our team. In this role, you will leverage your experience in video production, from story boarding to shooting and editing. You’ll be responsible for creating visually engaging content that aligns with Stinger's brand identity and goals across multiple platforms, including social media and websites. This position requires a strong technical skill set, a deep understanding of visual storytelling, and the ability to collaborate effectively with marketing and design teams.

Base pay range

$85,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute creative concepts and product photography that resonate with our target audience and align with brand objectives.
• Capture high-quality product photos and videos for all product launches, ensuring each piece of content tells a story and enhances our brand’s image.
• Organize all aspects of video and photo shoots, including location scouting, talent coordination, storyboarding, and scheduling to ensure seamless execution.
• Handle all editing tasks, from color correction and sound design to adding visual effects, ensuring a polished final product that meets brand standards.
• Utilize motion graphics skills to create animated content that elevates the visual appeal of our videos.
• Ensure all visual content aligns with brand guidelines and storytelling goals across all platforms, including social media and websites.
• Work closely with marketing and design teams to bring concepts to life and support broader campaign goals.
• Manage video production equipment, handle lighting setups, perform audio mixing, and execute on-site and remote shoots with precision.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently, planning and executing a video shoot or photoshoot from start to finish
• Proven experience in video production, from shooting and editing to final output, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficient in video production software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
• Strong motion graphics skills and the ability to create visually compelling animated content.
• Excellent understanding of composition, color theory, and visual aesthetics.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Experience in handling on-site and remote video shoots, including lighting, sound, and other technical aspects of production.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a track record of working effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to travel to trade shows and industry events
