Snowball is seeking a YouTube Video Editor for a confidential enterprise tech client in Seattle. This full-time, hybrid role focuses on elevating established channels, raising creative quality, and delivering stories that feel human, accessible, and culturally relevant.

You will work with Snowball’s growth experts and the client’s marketing teams to shape pacing, hooks, and formats, editing high-visibility content at scale while maintaining fast, reliable delivery and strong audience retention.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of professional editing experience with YouTube experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Frame.io; After Effects a plus.
• Strong understanding of YouTube pacing, retention, and storytelling conventions.
• Experience editing across educational, brand, campaign, and product content.
• Detail-oriented and able to work in fast-moving production cycles.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to translate complex topics for viewers.

Snowball is hiring a YouTube Video Editor for a confidential, global technology company shaping how the world works, builds, and connects.

The Opportunity

This is an opportunity to help evolve and scale established YouTube channels for one of the most influential technology brands in the world.

You will be editing content for high-visibility channels with built-in audiences, helping raise creative quality, improve retention, and bring powerful technology stories to life in a way that feels human, inspiring, and culturally relevant.

This role reports directly into the client's internal marketing and content organization, with Snowball serving as the creative YouTube partner supporting the channel's strategic and creative development. You will collaborate closely with Snowball's YouTube growth experts (27M+ subscribers, 110B+ views) to elevate storytelling, refine creative execution, experiment with new formats, and help scale one of the most influential technology channels on the platform.

What You’ll Do

• Edit high-performing longform, YouTube-first content across established channels




• Shape stories with strong pacing, hooks, and creative polish optimized for retention and watch time




• Collaborate with internal marketing teams, producers, strategists, and creatives on various types of longform formats




• Maintain organized, scalable workflows to ensure fast, reliable delivery at volume




• Continuously refine creative based on performance data and audience insights

What You Bring

• 3-5 years of professional editing experience (YouTube experience strongly preferred)
