Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on experience developing web-based video content.
• 5+ years at a digital-first brand or agency.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, Iconik, Kaltura, OpenReel, Databricks.
• BA in film production or equivalent experience.
• Strong decision-making ability under pressure and balancing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal clients and external partners to create production assets.
• Management of pre-production, production and post-production tasks for multimedia projects.
• Coordinate budgeting and logistics to each video project needs.
• Staff a production team using internal and external resources per project.
• Travel to shoot locations for scouting and developing pre-production assets.
• Build and manage a project budget and production schedule.
• Direct on-camera talent and crew during shoots.
• Operate camera, lighting, and audio equipment as needed.
• Capture analytics to calculate a project's ROI based on predefined metrics.
