Qualifications

• Five years of professional experience producing original photography and video.
• Experience directing or mentoring junior creatives or student staff.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Premiere Pro) and DaVinci Resolve.
• Strong understanding of Trinity's brand and ability to translate objectives into visuals.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent productions and stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and production of high-impact multimedia content across platforms.
• Develop creative concepts for university campaigns and present directions to leadership.
• Manage multimedia projects from concept to delivery, coordinating contributors and timelines.
• Mentor student employees and junior staff, providing hands-on instruction and quality control.
• Establish and maintain video production standards and workflows; train team members.
• Plan and lead complex productions including pre-production logistics and location scouting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to shape visual storytelling strategies.
• Recommend and administer multimedia equipment and software; manage asset archiving.
