Job summary

Trinity University is seeking a senior multimedia producer to transform ideas into compelling visual experiences. You will own multimedia initiatives from concept to final delivery, leading high-quality video and photography that strengthen the university brand across digital platforms and print.

You will mentor student staff and junior creatives, establish production standards, and collaborate with campus partners to shape campaign creative direction and ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Five years of professional experience producing original photography and video, including directing or mentoring junior creatives or student staff.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud and DaVinci Resolve.
• Ability to translate institutional goals into powerful visual narratives.
• Strong project management and stakeholder relationships from concept through delivery.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and production of multimedia content across video, photography and motion graphics.
• Develop creative concepts for campaigns and present directions to leadership and stakeholders.
• Manage multimedia projects from concept to delivery, coordinating contributors and timelines.
• Mentor student staff and junior creatives, providing training and quality control.
• Establish and maintain video production standards and workflows.
