Ladders is seeking a Senior Video Producer to own the end-to-end video production workflow for a technical audience. This role combines hands-on editing with strong editorial judgment to deliver clear, compelling content for developers.

You will partner with internal teams and external creatives to create polished content that supports marketing goals and scales a high-volume program in a fast-paced environment. Remote work enabled.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of video production experience for technical or developer audiences.
• Ability to edit, sound, caption, and deliver videos without handoffs.
• Familiarity with AI-driven video tools like Remotion.
• Proficient in motion design with After Effects and independent creative decision-making.
• Experience managing a video program from inception to delivery.

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Video Producer to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This role will own the end-to-end video production workflow, with a strong emphasis on creating clear, compelling content for technical and developer audiences. The ideal candidate will bring both creative judgment and hands‑on editing depth, helping raise the quality, consistency, and speed of a high‑volume video program. You will partner with internal stakeholders and external creatives to deliver polished content that supports marketing goals and strengthens audience engagement.

The position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑moving environment, can make independent editorial decisions, and is comfortable managing multiple video formats from intake through final delivery.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $130,000 – $185,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Own the entire video request process from intake to delivery
• Make editorial decisions and defend them to maintain quality standards
• Meet strict cycle-time targets for various video formats
• Maintain an accurate tracker for all video requests and their statuses
• Edit all videos personally, ensuring high-quality storytelling and pacing
• Create a comprehensive library of video templates for efficiency
• Direct and manage external videographers and motion contractors

• Familiarity with AI-driven video generation tools like Remotion
