Senior Video Editor

Remote US ONLY

icreatives is searching for a creative Senior Video Editor for a leading creative Cannabis company that specializes in providing innovative and cutting-edge THC products. This is a fully remote team with a global presence and a passion for creating impactful and visually stunning content for our clients. Their team is composed of exceptionally talented individuals who consistently push creative boundaries and deliver outstanding results.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Video Editor to join our growing team. As a Senior Video Editor, you will be responsible for creating and editing high-quality video content for our clients. You will work closely with our creative team to bring our clients' visions to life and ensure that the final product meets their expectations.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the creative team to develop and execute video concepts

- Edit and assemble raw footage into a polished final product

- Add music, sound effects, and other elements to enhance the video

- Ensure all videos meet the client's brand guidelines and standards

- Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines

- Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to improve video quality continuously

- Mentor and guide junior video editors

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, or a related field

- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a video editor, preferably in an agency setting

- High proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro/Final Cut Pro/AVID and After Effects, familiarity with Photoshop, Illustrator, and Media Encoder

- Expertise in color grading, audio mixing, light correction, and motion graphics.

- Strong understanding of video production processes and techniques

- Excellent storytelling and creative skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Strong communication and time management skills

- A portfolio showcasing your previous work and editing skills
