Job summary

Fossil Group, Inc. is seeking a Senior Video Editor to craft campaigns, product videos, brand films, and social content that bring our products and stories to life across customer touchpoints.

You will edit from concept through final delivery, shaping storytelling with pacing, color, music, and sound. This role requires delivering multiple cutdowns for social, digital, retail, and e‑commerce, collaborating with the Creative team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional video editing experience in an agency, production company, post-production studio, or in-house creative team.
• Exceptional storytelling instincts and a strong editorial eye for pacing, rhythm, composition, music, and emotion.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects.

Responsibilities

• Edit commercial campaigns, product videos, brand films, social content, and performance marketing assets across channels.
• Shape compelling stories through pacing, rhythm, composition, music selection, sound design, and editorial craft.
• Create multiple cutdowns and platform-specific versions optimized for social, digital, retail, e‑commerce, and paid media.
• Create and integrate motion graphics, supers, and logo animations to enhance storytelling.
• Perform color correction and color grading to achieve premium visuals.
• Mix and enhance dialogue, music, voiceover, and sound effects for polished final edits.
• Collaborate with creative directors, designers, producers, marketers, and production partners.
• Organize and maintain project files, media assets, templates, and editing workflows.
