Job summary

Fossil Group is seeking a Senior Video Editor to join our Creative team. You will craft campaigns, product videos, brand films, and social content that bring our products and stories to life across channels.

The role requires an eye for storytelling, expertise in Premiere Pro and After Effects, and experience with color grading and audio mixing. This hybrid onsite role offers Fri remote option and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional video editing experience in an agency, production company, post-production studio, or in-house creative team.
• Exceptional storytelling instincts and a strong editorial eye for pacing, rhythm, composition, music, and emotion.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects.
• Experience creating motion graphics, supers, kinetic typography, logo animations, MOGRTs, and graphic packages.
• Strong color correction and color grading skills using DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere Pro, or Adobe After Effects.
• Experience with professional audio editing, mixing, and sound design.
• Experience editing commercial, lifestyle, fashion, retail, or consumer product content.
• Experience creating deliverables optimized for broadcast, digital, social, paid media, and e-commerce platforms.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• A portfolio or demo reel showcasing commercial, brand, product, or social editing work.

Responsibilities

• Edit commercial campaigns, product videos, brand films, social content, and performance marketing assets across digital channels.
• Shape compelling stories through pacing, rhythm, composition, music selection, sound design, and editorial craft.
• Create multiple cutdowns and platform-specific versions optimized for different channels.
• Create and integrate motion graphics and graphic overlays to enhance storytelling.
• Perform color correction and color grading to achieve premium visuals.
• Mix and enhance dialogue, music, voiceover, and sound effects for polished edits.
• Collaborate with creative directors, producers, marketers, and partners from concept to delivery.
• Organize and maintain project files, media assets, templates, and workflows across projects.
• Stay current on editing techniques and emerging technologies.
• Explore AI tools and workflows to improve efficiency and expand possibilities.
