Job summary

LA Kings Sr. Video Editor leads the production team from concept through final cut, collaborating with internal departments and external partners to achieve bold video goals and inspire those around them.

You will pitch ideas, edit videos of various sizes, manage external music and audio relationships, and help plan game presentations, ceremonies, and promotions that energize home games. This role reports to the Director, Content Production and requires 4–6 years of related experience, plus

Qualifications

BA/BS degree in TV/Film production or related field.
4-6 years related work experience.
Experience with audio mixing and color correction within Adobe Premiere.
Motion graphics and 3D animation experience.

Responsibilities

Lead on producing original content in various mediums from concept through final cut.
Brainstorm new concepts for content and self-produce pieces within deadlines.
Assist with LA Kings Game Presentation and Events elements, including ceremonies and promotions at home games.
Develop best practices and optimize workflows for the post-production team.
Collaborate with internal and external clients to meet video content goals.
