Harvey is seeking a Head of Video to lead the Content & Social (C&S) video roadmap, developing recurring formats and turning briefs into compelling stories for our audience. You’ll direct shoots, supervise editors, and ensure outputs meet creative standards across channels.

With 10+ years in video and storytelling, you will partner with product marketing and executives, shaping vision, tone, and delivery while managing a small, talented pod within HCS.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of experience in video, filmmaking, or creative direction.
• Portfolio showing original concepts, strong writing and storytelling, and sound judgment around hooks, pacing, formats, and audience response.
• Experience developing and improving recurring series, with clear examples of how audience insights informed creative decisions.
• Ability to translate briefs into scripts, interview approaches, capture plans, and finished assets that meet the message, channel, and deadline.
• Experience directing professional shoots and working with executives, customers, and non-professional talent.
• Strong editorial judgment and the ability to guide editors with precise feedback on narrative, pacing, sound, and finishing.
• Experience leading creative talent and external partners, balancing planned programming with shorter production timelines.
• Clear communication and the ability to align stakeholders, explain creative decisions, and remain accountable through final delivery.

Aufgaben

• Pitch social concepts and recurring formats for the C&S roadmap; build a consistent body of work with a clear audience and POV.
• Translate briefs into scripts, interview approaches, capture plans, and timing before production.
• Direct on-set and guide executives, customers, and non-professional talent to deliver natural, specific answers.
• Lead and mentor the Video Editor & Shooter and partner with production owners and external partners.
• Guide the editor from selects to finished assets with clear, actionable feedback.
• Align review points early and ensure final assets meet the brief and brand standards.
