Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or related field; ten years of progressive financial management experience.
At least five years in supervisory or leadership roles; experience across multi-unit portfolios.
Preferred: SAP experience, AI-enabled reporting tools, and higher education familiarity.

Responsibilities

Lead the Business Services division and its teams, including budgeting, reporting, and financial operations.
Oversee unit budgets, financial planning, and internal controls across a diverse portfolio.
Collaborate with senior leaders to align strategy, policy, and process improvement across units.
Serve as escalation point for financial transactions and unit contracts; ensure compliance.
