Job Description
Manage client relations and plan, direct, and coordinate activities related to public relations strategy for clients in the technology sector.
Lead, develop, and oversee the execution of campaign and program strategy on behalf of global enterprise and start-up technology company clients.
Liaise with stakeholders, including client contact and internal management/executive teams to understand public relations and communication needs, to identify target audiences, as well as brand and public image needs.
Serve as a senior point of contact to multiple client teams.
Devise, develop, plan, and oversee the implementation of communications and public relations strategies and campaigns, event concepts and program strategy (including influencer programs and outreach) for technology sector clients.
Ensure proper execution of strategy.
Oversee the development of communication materials and pitches, including press releases, corporate messaging, fact sheets and briefing notes for panel discussions at industry conferences to effectively relay complex information about technology company clients and ensure materials are in line with the brand messaging.
Provide media training to senior/c-level clients.
Work with senior leads to introduce new capabilities, offerings, people, and specialties.
Support client initiatives and maintain accountability for project scope, budget, and timelines.
Provide coaching to client teams to support short-term decisions around resourcing and budgeting.
Manage execution of public relations and communications needs for clients including market research into industry trends, assessing competitor activity, defining brand identity and public relations objectives, and delivering communication materials suited to a variety of platforms.
Job Requirements
The qualified candidate must have at least a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Communications, Public Relations, Drama, or Journalism.
The qualified candidate must have at least 5 years (60 months) of experience with all the following:
supporting client accounts in the corporate and/or technology sectors
working with large enterprise client accounts
providing media monitoring support including developing pitches, media lists, outreach strategy, and earned media outreach
developing bylines for placement in major publications including writing thought leadership bylines
developing social media content and managing client accounts for platforms including Twitter (now X), LinkedIn, and YouTube
working with influencers and bloggers to support programs
developing and producing audio/visual content; and
managing content and campaign execution including in market messaging development, media relations, and internal communication projects. Position allows working from home within commuting distance of worksite location.
All experience may be gained concurrently.

Position requires domestic travel up to 25% of the time as is customary and needed for the occupation. Supervise one (1) subordinate with the following title: Group Vice President (1). Telecommuting available anywhere in the U.S. Annual salary between: $154,591-$250,000.
