Job Title: Senior Vice President of Sales Team: Sales

We are seeking an exceptional, people‑centered Senior Vice President, Head of Sales to lead our geographically dispersed Sales Team. This role is ideal for a servant leader who operates with strong moral character, demonstrates resilience and grit, and is committed to developing high‑performing teams.

As the driving force behind our sales organization, you will inspire, mentor, and empower your team while collaborating across the enterprise to achieve ambitious growth objectives. You will be instrumental in shaping our go‑to‑market strategy, elevating team capabilities, and strengthening key client and partner relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive training and development program for new Sales Representatives.
  • Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies to consistently meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Build and nurture key relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive growth and strengthen our market presence.
  • Demonstrate proven success in creating accurate sales forecasts and achieving P&L goals.
  • Lead the ongoing development of every sales team member through structured weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance processes, supported by strong analytic frameworks.
  • Define and own the GTM strategy for major verticals—ensuring each has a clear operating model, compelling value narrative, and strong executive engagement approach.
  • Recruit, mentor, and coach new sales talent as needed to support growth.
  • Maintain deep understanding of the capabilities and functionality of all aspects of the Lenders Protection product.
  • Meet and exceed growth targets across partner and connector channels, collaborating closely with internal sales leadership.
  • Identify opportunities to increase productivity, scalability, and operational efficiency across the sales ecosystem.
  • Serve as an advocate for the company, maintaining a strategic and holistic view of relationships and daily operations.
  • Work cross‑functionally with Marketing, Implementation, Operations, Finance, and IT to maximize pipeline opportunities and drive enterprise alignment.
Skills & Qualifications
  • Minimum 5+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, managing teams of 5+ within a high‑growth consumer lending or financial technology environment.
  • Deep credibility with C‑suite executives, with a proven history of closing complex, strategic, multi‑year partnerships.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with a demonstrated track record in building, mentoring, and coaching high‑performing sales teams.
  • A true servant leader mindset—prioritizing the growth, empowerment, and success of your team.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to travel nationally approximately 50%+ as needed.
  • Experience attending key industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships, set expectations, and deliver timely, accurate reporting.
  • Self‑motivated with a strong work ethic, exceptional integrity, and a passion for achieving challenging goals.
