Job Description

Tennessee Processing Center LLC seeks a Sr. VP, Production Services Infrastructure Support for its Nashville, Tennessee location.

Responsibilities include:

• Design, implement, integrate, and support high-level software in a multi-tiered, multi-platform environment.
• Maintain and support high-level infrastructure environments.
• Perform troubleshooting, monitoring, and alerting setup.
• Conduct root cause analysis and problem management for technical issues.
• Collaborate with business and application stakeholders.
• Perform production readiness reviews for new releases and validate supportability.
• Analyze system requirements and evaluate plans for major projects.
• Coordinate monitoring of infrastructure changes.
• Engage in incident, problem management, and troubleshooting analyses.

Requirements
