Key Responsibilities

• Lead and evolve the Finance function across the U.S. business
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes

• Oversee U.S. treasury operations, including cash management and liquidity planning
• Ensure compliance with U.S. tax regulations and manage transfer pricing strategies

What We’re Looking For

• CPA with a strong track record in financial leadership
• Proven experience in M&A, private equity, and capital raising
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on, execution-driven mindset
• Thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments
