Concord Hospitality is seeking a Senior Vice President of Business Development. The Senior Vice President of Business Development (SVP-BD) will expand our Business Development Team to drive new hotel development and third-party acquisition opportunities. This role is instrumental in shaping our expansion strategy and fostering relationships with key stakeholders and property owners. You will work with an experienced leadership team that is committed to innovation and excellence and have the opportunity to shape the future of a respected hospitality brand.

Responsibilities:
  • Source and secure new hotel third party management opportunities, development projects and acquisition opportunities.
  • Lead deal pursuit, including business strategy and deal negotiations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel owners, developers, investors and key industry partners.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with legal, finance, development and operations teams to ensure alignment on project execution.
Qualifications:
  • 10+ years experience in business development and feasibility roles.
  • Experience cultivating institutional equity relationships.
  • Deep experience in underwriting, financial feasibility studies and market analysis.
  • Extensive knowledge of hotel operations, real estate and the hospitality investment landscape.
  • Demonstrated success identifying and closing hotel development and third-party management deals.
  • Outstanding relationship management and communication skills with proven success in owner and investor relations.
  • Executive-level leadership experience with growth focused mindset.
