Job summary

Everforth Apex Systems is seeking a Senior Vice President of Corporate Trust in Pittsburgh, PA. You will own the end-to-end trade processing lifecycle through settlement, allocate tasks, document controls, and manage risk while serving as the main point of contact for client escalations and senior stakeholders.

You will lead a diverse team, drive continuous improvement, and champion automation and AI opportunities to enhance straight-through processing, efficiency, and client service quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field required.
• Advanced degree or professional certifications preferred.
• Typically 15+ years of experience in corporate trust or related field within financial services.
• Strong experience in Trade processing, reconciliation, client service and people management.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end trade processing until settlement, including task allocation, controls, quality, and risk management.
• Act as primary contact for process queries, client escalations, and senior stakeholder communication.
• Lead and manage the team, including workload planning, performance management, coaching, and training.
• Drive automation and AI initiatives to improve STP, efficiency, and reduce risk.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements and escalate breaches.
