Senior Vice President Business Development Casualty
The Senior Vice President of Business Development is a key senior leader responsible for driving organizational growth, expanding market presence, and developing long‑term strategic partnerships. This role leads part of the business development function, identifies high‑value opportunities, and collaborates with senior leadership to execute the company’s growth strategy. The SVP provides visionary direction, builds strong external relationships, and ensures alignment between business development initiatives and overall organizational goals.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, risk management, or a related field, from an accredited college or university preferred. Possession of, or progress towards, CPCU and/or ARM designation required.
Ten plus (10+) years of related experience, to include relationship building in the claims management or risk management area, or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Proven track record of leading large scale growth initiatives and securing high value partnerships. Executive Senior leadership experience within a complex, high growth, or multi‑unit organization.
