Who We Are Looking For

We are seeking a senior leader to drive the intersection of client growth, go-to-market strategy, and revenue operations. This role combines the strategic client partnership focus of a Global Account Lead with the operational discipline of a RevOps executive - ensuring that our revenue engine not only grows but scales with precision.

What You Will Work On
  • Strategic Growth & Market Leadership: Serve as a trusted partner to C-suite clients, deepening relationships and driving long-term growth across enterprise and regulated industries.
  • Strategic Growth & Market Leadership: Lead enterprise-level sales cycles, including complex negotiations, solution design, and value realization.
  • Strategic Growth & Market Leadership: Represent the company at key client engagements, industry events, and forums - positioning our brand as a market leader.
  • Strategic Growth & Market Leadership: Monitor competitive landscape and industry trends, translating insights into differentiated offerings.
  • Revenue Strategy & Alignment: Define and execute a revenue operations strategy aligned with company goals for ARR growth, retention, and profitability.
  • Revenue Strategy & Alignment: Lead GTM planning: territory design, segmentation, capacity planning, and resource allocation.
  • Revenue Strategy & Alignment: Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to ensure seamless handoffs and unified metrics.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee the end-to-end quote-to-renewal lifecycle, ensuring accuracy, speed, and client satisfaction.
  • Operational Excellence: Design and optimize revenue processes to reduce leakage, increase predictability, and accelerate deal closure.
  • Operational Excellence: Establish best practices in pipeline hygiene, stage-gating, and win/loss analysis to continuously improve performance.
  • Analytics & Enablement: Build forecasting models and cadence for revenue and pipeline reviews.
  • Analytics & Enablement: Define and track KPIs such as retention, win rate, average deal size, and renewal performance.
  • Analytics & Enablement: Lead enablement programs for sales and client success teams, ensuring consistent execution and client impact.
  • Leadership & Culture: Build and mentor a high-performing team across revenue operations, sales enablement, and client success.
  • Leadership & Culture: Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration across functions.
  • Leadership & Culture: Act as a key member of the senior leadership team, influencing strategy across product, pricing, and customer engagement.
  • What You Will Bring: 10-15+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or GTM leadership, ideally in SaaS or AI-driven, recurring-revenue businesses.
  • What You Will Bring: Demonstrated track record of scaling revenue operations, improving forecasting accuracy, managing renewals, and reducing revenue leakage.
  • What You Will Bring: Strong experience with revenue systems/tools: CRMs (e.g., Salesforce), CPQ tools, renewal platforms, and BI/analytics tools.
  • What You Will Bring: Excellent analytical and financial skills; fluent in metrics, data modeling, dashboards, and pulling insights from data.
  • What You Will Bring: Strategic thinker who balances long-term vision with hands-on execution, prioritization, and operational discipline.
  • What You Will Bring: Effective leader with the ability to mentor talent, lead cross-functional teams, and influence at the executive level.
  • What You Will Bring: Deep understanding of the customer lifecycle: prospect quote close renew expand.
  • What You Will Bring: Experience navigating complex sales/renewal cycles, including channel, VAR, or multi-vendor ecosystems.
  • What You Will Bring: Exceptional communication skills; able to translate operational and technical issues into clear business impacts.
  • Additional / Nice-to-Have: Familiarity with AI, machine learning, and LLMs.
  • Additional / Nice-to-Have: Interest in foreign affairs and/or political economy.
  • Additional / Nice-to-Have: Military or government background is a plus.
